Who you are:
Are you intrigued by selling best-in-class software powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the US’ largest Contact Centers? Would you like to further bolster your sales eminence through a solution selling approach, including a performance guarantee, pioneering a new industry category?
You have a proven track record in B2B Sales. With a strong executive presence, you’ve demonstrated a hunter mentality and ability to build rapport with contact center P&L owners. Navigating complex hierarchies and often matrixed organizations in Fortune 100 companies, you know how to get through gate keepers and influence executive decision makers to win big deals. You are self-motivated with a strong bias for action and a high degree of accountability. With bird dog instincts for spotting opportunities, you creatively use tried & true communication channels as well as the latest in social selling tactics, to successfully engage attention challenged executives. You know how to team with marketing and sales engineering teams to deliver a compelling, value-based message, and maximize chances of converting prospects into clients.

Where you’ll be
Mattersight seeks candidates authorized to work without sponsorship in the United States. The Account Executive - Hunter role will be based out of your home office but requires close proximity to a major airport. Candidates should anticipate 75% travel.
