Responsibilities & Qualifications

Who you are:


Our ideal candidate is an independent thinker and a team player, who can contribute ideas and can quickly move a project design from concept to completion. We need a designer with a real passion for design and the impact it can have with our target accounts.


What you’ll do:


A typical day involves designing landing pages, calls-to-action, sales collateral, direct mail pieces, event invitations, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, emails, interactive graphics, data studies, and white papers. Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating unique and impactful designs for landing pages, calls-to-action, sales collateral, direct mail pieces, event invitations, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, emails, interactive graphics, data studies, and white papers
  • Staying up to date with current design trends to help bring our work to the next level
  • Brainstorming, conceptualizing and collaborating on marketing campaign ideas with the marketing team
  • Presenting designs in a clear and persuasive manner to communicate rationale and facilitate the collection of feedback to and from team members

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience, either in an agency, professional services, or B2B setting
  • Demonstrable high attention to detail and a keen ability to translate a design proposal or concept into a creative and effective design
  • A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (expert level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills a must)
  • Mac and PC experience a plus
  • Portfolio of work across multiple communications channels, including online (web, mobile, display, email) and offline (print, direct mail, signage, PPT)
  • Proven experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent presentation software
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to interpret design feedback and effectively translate the feedback into the next design iteration
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely and effectively interpret written information
  • Some level of web development skills is a plus (i.e. knowledge of how HTML and CSS can work together to produce incredible digital experiences)
  • Some experience with video editing software such as Final Cut, After Effects or similar a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in Graphic Design
